How we support you in your fitness and wellness journey:

1. Body composition measurement: Height, blood pressure, weight, fat percentage using Tanita’s Inner Scan body composition monitor, intracellular/extracellular water percentage using a Bio-impedance machine.

2. Muscle Strengthening: Enhance muscle hypertrophy and boost your overall strength. It has been proven that more muscle mass as well as strength is essential not only for our typical physiological processes but also to feel confident and motivated. Mainly, we use resistance bands and isometric contraction type training.

3. Sports Conditioning (Brain-Body connection): Elevate your athletic performance by enhancing dual-tasking ability of your body. We offer sports rehabilitation as well as sports conditioning sessions using SMARTfit device. This is the most effective type of training which, along with sports-specific exercises, may improve reaction time, peripheral awareness, cognitive, and decision-making ability.

Injury and Recovery

Basic prehab and rehab support: Support your joints by strengthening the muscle around your joints. This is important to avoid injuries (prehab) and recover in a better and faster way after the injury (rehab).

Low impact activity group classes: We offer 2 classes weekly; on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, which focus mainly on knee joint, shoulder complex, and core area strengthening. The group class has capacity to accommodate 10 people only.

Stretch therapy

Manual stretch therapy sessions: Our certified exercise specialist uses this type of therapy after every personal training session to get the most out of the training session. This involves hands-on or person assisted stretching. This has proven to be the best type of passive stretching technique that improves flexibility faster than any other stretching type.

Mobility Training: Improve the range of motion of your joints by incorporating this type of training in your workout routines. This helps improve capacity of our muscles to adhere to the lengthening type of force or stretch tension and eventually prevent musculoskeletal injuries. We include this type of training after the fitness, rehab, or group class sessions.
